Vertis Green Hills

Vertis Green Hills is a luxurious apartment complex located in Nashville, TN. Southern Land Company Development reached out to Greathouse to create a beautiful landscape design that made the complex feel like its own smaller community. The result was a heavily planted streetscape, an interior courtyard, and an amenity deck.

To provide seasonal colors, we developed an annual color plan with 4 changes—one for each season. While the typical annual color plan includes 2 changes (spring and fall), we created a custom plan to fully enhance the property. Additionally, 3 tree-form crepe myrtles were planted in the motor court within specifically designed structural soils. This type of soil is used to help trees grow within urban environments.

Greathouse completed the project in 2018 and we continue to maintain the landscaping today.
