The Hub

The Hub is a brand-new apartment neighborhood in Bowling Green, Kentucky, comprised of unique housing styles centered around a lush, central park landscape. Greathouse worked directly with the developer and architect over the past few years to develop a plan that fits their budget and delivers a great first impression.

Utilizing our relationships with nurseries all over the southeast, we were able to source and install over 1,000 trees, 19,000 shrubs, perennials, and groundcover, and over 10 acres of sod.

The installation process has been ongoing for the last 18 months. Greathouse continues to install and maintain the landscape.
